Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered. We encourage customers to try a low-cost 3-day plan before committing to a longer subscription.
If a product is down for an extended period due to a game update or maintenance, we may offer downtime compensation to affected customers. Contact support through Discord to request compensation.
